1/2 med. cabbage 1 sm. onion 2/3 c. sour cream 1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dry mustard Dash pepper Cut cabbage into 2 inch pieces. Quarter onion. Place half the cabbage in blender; add water to cover. Chop, watching carefully. Drain thoroughly. Repeat with remaining cabbage and the onion. Mix vegetables, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, mustard and pepper. Chill. |
