DRESSING: 1 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. soy sauce 1/8 tsp. curry powder SALAD: 2 (6 oz.) cans tuna, drained 1 (3 oz.) jar cocktail onions, drained & halved 1 c. celery, chopped 1 (10 oz.) pkg. peas (English), defrosted 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles Lettuce Mix dressing ingredients in large bowl. Add first four salad ingredients and mix well. When ready to serve, add noodles and lettuce and toss. Serve on lettuce. Does not keep well. Noodles get soft. Serves 6 to 8 people. |
