1 head lettuce, shredded 1 c. chopped celery 1 bunch sm. green onions & tops, chopped 1 lb. shrimp (frozen, they will thaw in salad, but separate) 1/3 pkg. sm. frozen raw peas Sm. can Chinese noodles 1 c. mayonnaise Mix first 3 ingredients early. Let stand in refrigerator. Just before serving, add peas, shrimp, noodles and mayonnaise. Toss thoroughly. |
