BROCCOLI AND RAISIN SALAD
 

1 1/2 lbs. broccoli and stems, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. white raisins
1/2 c. sunflower nuts
2 green onions, sliced
5 slices bacon

Wash broccoli and chop coarsely. Fry bacon until crisp and break into bite sized pieces. Toss together broccoli, onions, raisins, sunflower nuts and bacon. Add dressing just before serving.

DRESSING:

Mix: 1/3 c. sugar 1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
