MEXICAN SALAD
 

1 lg. head lettuce
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 915 oz.) can Ranch-style beans, chilled
2 tomatoes, diced
1/2 onion, finely chopped
3/4 bottle Kraft Catalina salad dressing
1 (49 cent) pkg. Fritos, crushed

Prepare the lettuce as for a tossed salad. Drain and wash the chilled beans and add tomatoes, onions, cheese and dressing to the lettuce. Chill 30 minutes before serving. Add crushed Fritos and mix well immediately before serving. Excellent for barbecue or Mexican dinners. Makes 12 generous servings.
