1 lb. can shoepeg corn 1 lb. can sm. peas 1 lb. can French green beans 1 sm. jar pimento 1 med. onion 1 green pepper 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. salad oil 3/4 c. vinegar Drain corn, peas and green beans. Chop pimento, onion and green pepper. Mix all ingredients together. Make several days ahead. This salad will keep for weeks. |
