GINGER ORIENTAL DRESSING
 

1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons orange juice
1 teaspoons white vinegar

Place garlic and vinegar in jar. Allow to sit 10 minutes. This takes the "edge" off the garlic and makes it less sharp.

Add remaining ingredients and shake well.

Makes 1/4 cup - 6 calories per tablespoon
