CUSTARD RICE PUDDING
 

6 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
3 c. milk
1tsp. vanilla and cinnamon
1 c. cooked rice
2 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon, vanilla and butter. Bring to boil, then remove from heat and add rice. Mix well, then put in 1 1/2 quart buttered baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
