1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 1 1/4 c. cooked rice 1 c. canned crabmeat 1 c. canned shrimp 1 sm. can mushrooms, drained 5 tbsp. chopped onion 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. chopped green pepper Pepper to taste Slivered or sliced almonds Add salad dressing to rice while hot. Combine with other ingredients and place in casserole. Top with almonds. Bake 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. NOTE: Recipe may be made with imitation crabmeat or any combination of cooked seafood totaling 2 cups. |
