THAI FRIED RICE
 

Stir-fry cut up pork, chicken, shrimp, etc. in a tablespoon of oil. Add 1/4 small onion and 2 green onions, minced, minced carrots (1/4 cup), optional.

Add:

4 oz. Thai fish sauce ("Nam Pla")
The juice of 1/4 lime
4 c. previously cooked rice
