1 c. cooked rice, cooled 1/3 c. sugar 1 can (13 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/3 c. miniature marshmallows 2 tbsp. drained chopped maraschino cherries 1 c. chilled whipping cream, whipped Mix rice, sugar, pineapple and vanilla. Stir in marshmallows and cherries. Fold in whipped cream. Serves 6 to 8. |
