1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello 2 tbsp. sugar 2 c. dry minute rice 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained (save juice) 2 c. colored miniature marshmallows 1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water; add 1 cup saved pineapple juice (may need to add water to equal 1 cup). Let it start to set. Prepare minute rice according to package directions. Add all ingredients to partially set Jello. Mix well and set until firm. |
