1 sm. green pepper 1 sm. onion 2 tbsp. parsley 3 c. rice, cooked 3/4 c. milk 1/2 c. melted butter Grind green pepper, onion and parsley; mix into rice. Add milk and butter; place in buttered ring. Sit ring in pan of hot water. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Fill center with Chicken Ala King. Yield: 8 servings. |
