1 c. cold cooked white or brown rice 1/3 c. sugar 1 can (13 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/3 c. miniature marshmallows 2 tbsp. drained chopped maraschino cherries 1 c. chilled whipping cream Mix rice, sugar, pineapple and vanilla. Add marshmallows and cherries. Beat whipping cream in chilled bowl until stiff; fold into rice mixture. 6-8 servings. |
