4 uncooked bacon slices 1 box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice (slow cooking) 4 whole chicken breasts, uncooked 3/4 c. water 1 c. golden mushroom soup or cream of mushroom soup In a large casserole lay bacon slices. Sprinkle raw rice on top. Lay chicken breasts bone down over rice. Mix water with soup and pour over chicken. Sprinkle envelope of seasonings from box of rice on top. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 4. |
