1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® rice 2 1/2 c. chicken broth 1/2 c. crushed vermicelli 1 stick butter Salt & pepper In a large saucepan (stainless steel), saute butter and crushed vermicelli until golden brown. Add rice and stir well. Add chicken broth and cover until rice has absorbed broth. Cook rice over low heat. Stir rice only once. |
