CHICKEN & RICE SOUP
 

4 c. chicken broth
1 onion, chopped
1 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 1/2 c. instant rice
Salt to taste

Bring broth to a boil. Add chopped onions, boil until tender. Add chicken, bring to large boil, add rice. Remove from heat. Let stand for 10 minutes. Serves 6.
