1 c. maple flavored Karo syrup
1 c. sugar
1 c. peanut butter
7 c. rice crispy cereal

Combine sugar and syrup in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, stirring until melted.

Place cereal in a large bowl and pour hot mixture over cereal, stirring well to coat. Gently spread on a greased pan and cool. Cut into bars. Roasted peanuts are very good in this.
