1 c. regular rice 1 c. sugar 8 c. milk (I use one can evaporated milk) 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla
Boil rice, sugar and milk until rice is done. Cool 5 minutes. Beat eggs, add to rice mixture and cook until thick. Add vanilla. Pour into 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
