1 lb. lean hamburger meat 1 c. cooked rice 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/4 c. finely chopped celery 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper 1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery Brown hamburger meat and drain. Saute onions, bell pepper, and celery; drain. Mix all ingredients together and pout into casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly at 350 degrees. |
