1 lb. smoked sausage 1 box wild brown rice 1 sm. can mushrooms 1 green bell pepper 1 sm. onion Dash of garlic powder Dash of crushed red pepper (optional) Mozzarella cheese Dice mushrooms, bell pepper and onion. Saute in frying pan with garlic and red pepper. Slice smoked sausage into bite size pieces. Combine with vegetable mixture. Cook together for 10 minutes on simmer. Cook rice according to directions. Combine all ingredients together and cover with cheese. |
