1 (6 oz.) pkg. chicken and vegetable flavored rice mix 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (1 lb.) 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can broccoli cheese soup 1/2 c. milk Prepare a rice mix according to package directions. In 12x8 baking dish arrange rice mix lengthwise across center of dish. Arrange chicken breast halves over rice mix. Combine soup and milk; pour over chicken. Cover with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Uncover. Bake 10 minutes more or until chicken is fork-tender. |
