1 lb. ground beef 2 med. onions 2 c. diced celery 1 c. uncooked rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 c. boiling water 1/8 c. soy sauce Brown meat, onions, and celery. Pour boiling water over rice. Mix soup with soy sauce; stir thoroughly. Combine all in buttered casserole. Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
