EASY SPANISH RICE
 

1 lg. (32 oz.) can tomato soup
1 sm. bell pepper (green) diced
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 lb. hamburger
2 c. Minute rice

Brown hamburger and onion in skillet. Drain fat. Add green bell peppers. Add tomato soup. Add rice. Stir and simmer 15 minutes.
