1 lb. ground beef Sm. onion, chopped 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can chicken with rice soup 1 can water 1 sm. can mushrooms, drained 1/2 c. uncooked rice Brown hamburger and onion; drain grease. Mix all ingredients. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Stir occasionally. Use half wild rice for variety. Serves 4. |
