HERB-BAKED FISH AND RICE
 

1 1/2 c. hot Herb-Ox Chicken Bouillon
1/2 c. uncooked reg. rice
1/4 tsp. Durkee Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp. Durkee Garlic Powder
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French Fried Onions
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. unbreaded fish fillets, thawed if frozen
Durkee Paprika (optional)
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In 8 x 12-inch baking dish, combine hot bouillon, uncooked rice and seasonings. bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Top with broccoli, 1/2 can French Fried Onions and the Parmesan cheese. Place fillets diagonally down center of dish; sprinkle fish lightly with paprika. Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Stir rice. Top fish with Cheddar cheese and remaining onions; bake, uncovered, 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown. Preparation time: 10 minutes. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
