1 c. chopped celery 1 med. onion, chopped 3 c. cubed turkey or chicken 1 c. raw wild rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 lg. can sliced mushrooms, undrained
Cook the rice. Saute celery and onion in butter. Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
