1 can of Spam or ham, diced 1 c. celery 2 med. onions saute' and add a little salt. 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce 1 can water chestnuts 1/2 c. rice, raw 1/2 c. water (or less) 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup Rice noodles or chow mein noodles Mix together and bake in a greased baking dish 35 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with noodles before baking. |
