SHRIMP FRIED RICE
 

6 cups rice
6 eggs
6 t butter
1 cup soy sauce
1 t onion powder
1 t garlic powder
2 pounds shrimp

Precook rice. In a large pan, put soy sauce, butter and seasoning. Let simmer. Add eggs and stir. Add shrimp.

Let cook for 5 minutes. Add rice and stir.

Serve when rice is fully heated.
