1 1/2 c. vanilla wafers
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/3 c. butter

12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
3 lg. pkgs. cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Crush vanilla wafers. Mix in sugar, cocoa and butter. Press into springform pan bottom and sides. Melt chocolate chips in separate bowl. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in milk, eggs, chips, vanilla. Pour into pan. Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes at 325 degrees.
