HOISIN & HONEY GLAZED PORK
 

1 bunch scallions
1/4 cup asian oyster sauce
2 tbsp. dijon mustard
2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. soy sauce
4 (1 inch thick) pork chops (2lbs. total)

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Whisk all ingredients. Arrange pork into shallow glass pan.

Cover mix and coat port, turning pork over to saturate.

Cook 15-20 minutes.

Broil pork 5-6 inches from heat until top is glazed (2-5 minutes).

Let stand uncovered 5 minutes.
