Season thawed chicken on both sides using 1 tablespoon of ginger, 1 tablespoon paprika, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.
Grill seasoned chicken for 8-9 minutes or until no longer pink. Then, add 1 tablespoon of oil to a frying pan on medium heat.
Slowly add the frozen rice to the pan. Stir constantly for 5-8 minutes or until firm and tender.
Cut up the grilled chicken into cubes, then add to the rice stir fry. Slowly add 1 tablespoon at a time to the mixture and cook for 2 minutes.
