EASY (BOILED) BAKED POTATOES
 

small bag potatoes
small container sour cream
1 stick butter
1 jar Real Bacon bits
1 bag Cheddar cheese

Wash potatoes and boil in jackets, covered, in salted water for 30-45 minutes or until tender when poked with a fork.

Put whole potatoes into colander and drain.

Smash lightly with a masher or fork. Add butter, cheese, sour cream, bacon bits, and stir well.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Enjoy.
