2 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding mix (instant) 1 lg. (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks 1 lg. (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 15 maraschino cherries, quartered (optional) 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip Combine dry pudding mix with pineapple and cherries. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into casserole and refrigerate several hours. (We usually add 1/2 cup or so (before chopping) chopped walnuts or macadamias.) |
