EASY CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE

1 sm. pkg. chocolate pudding (not instant)
Chocolate cake mix
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Cook pudding according to directions. While still hot, add chocolate cake mix and mix for 1 minute. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
