2 lg. boxes chocolate instant pudding (vanilla may also be used)
2 c. milk
2 c. Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
Pkg. Gummy worms

Mix pudding and milk and add the Cool Whip.

Crush the cookies in a blender and mix half into pudding mixture.

Using a medium-size, plastic flower pot as container, put pudding/cookie mixture into flower pot. Then top with remaining crushed cookie crumb "dirt". Bury the gummy worms throughout the mixture - just push them in.
