PINEAPPLE PUDDING
 

1 sm. pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
1 lg can crushed pineapple
8 oz. Cool Whip

Drain can of crushed pineapple, reserving 1 cup juice. Mix 1 cup pineapple juice, pudding mix, Cool Whip and crushed pineapple. Spray Pam into a Jello mold container. Pour the pineapple mixture into mold. Refrigerate overnight. Just before serving unmold and garnish. Makes 10 to 15 servings.
