BISQUICK BANANA BREAD
 

1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 3 lg.)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 1/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3 inch) generously. Beat all ingredients vigorously for 30 seconds. Pour batter into pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean; 60 to 65 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan. Remove from pan.
