1 1/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. Kellogg's All Bran
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. shortening or vegetable oil
1. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Stir to combine. Let stand about 2 minutes or until cereal and milk is softened. Add eggs and shortening and blend well.
2. Mix cereal and milk into bowl and add to Step One after it stands for 2 minutes.
3. Add flour mixture, stirring only to combine. Pour into 12 (2 1/2") muffin pan cups.
4. Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes until golden brown.
