2 c. boiling water 4 c. All Bran cereal 2 c. 100% bran flakes 1 qt. buttermilk 3 c. sugar 4 beaten eggs 1 c. oil 5 c. flour 5 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt Pour hot water over cereals in large mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix just until blended. Spoon batter into plastic muffin tray lined with paper liners and bake in microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds on full power. This batter can be refrigerated for up to 4 weeks. May also be baked in a regular oven. |
