Preheat oven to 425°F.
Brush a 9"x9"x2" pan lightly with Land O' Lakes Butter with Olive Oil.
In a medium bowl, sift flour with sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in cornmeal until ingredients are mixed.
Stir together eggs, milk and Land O' Lakes Butter with Olive Oil; stir into the flour mixture.
Beat with an electric mixer or rotary beater just until smooth, about 1 minute. Do not over-beat.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in hot oven at 425°F for about 25 minutes. Do not over-bake.
