4 tsp. baking powder 2 eggs 4+ tbsp. sugar 3/4 to 1 c. milk 1 to 2 cups mashed bananas
Combine all dry ingredients in bowl. Add eggs and bananas. Stir and add milk a little at a time, until doughy. Drop by teaspoon into hot oil. Serve with jam and powdered sugar.
