BARTENDERS HORS D'OEUVRES
 

12 chicken wings
1 to 2 dozen Brussels sprouts (broccoli)
1 c. flour
1 c. corn meal
Salt and pepper
Oil for deep frying

Wash and dry chicken wings and Brussels sprouts. Dip into mixture of flour and corn meal; salt and pepper. Deep fry in hot oil at approximately 375 degrees until golden brown. Cool and serve.

Note: I omit salt.
