2/3 c. butter 1 1/3 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 1/2 c. mashed bananas 2 3/4 c. sifted flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 c. sour cream Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, beating well after each one. Add mashed bananas. Add the sifted dry ingredients alternately with the sour cream. Pour into 2 greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pans. This bread freezes very well. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. |
