PEPPERONI BREAD
 

1 loaf frozen bread dough, risen once
1/2 lb. slicing pepperoni
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1-2 tsp. oregano
1-2 tsp. parsley

Divide bread into 2 loaves and pat each out on a greased cookie sheet in rectangle. Cover with slices of pepperoni. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top. Beat eggs, Parmesan cheese, oregano and parsley together. Pour over bread. Roll both sides of dough towards center and overlap. Pinch ends together. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
