1/2 c. butter, softened 1 c. sugar 2 eggs, beaten 3 ripe bananas, mashed 2 c. all-purpose flour 1 tsp. soda Pinch of salt 1 c. chopped pecans 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Combine butter and sugar; cream until light and fluffy. Add eggs and bananas. Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.
