PEPPERONI BREAD
 

1 lb. slicing pepperoni, sliced paper thin
1 1/3 lbs. Provolone cheese, sliced paper thin
4 loaves frozen white bread
4 eggs (1 per loaf)

Mix 4 eggs with oregano, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

1. Follow directions to raise bread dough on package. Then roll out in oblong shape approximately 14 x 24 inches.

2. Coat bread dough with egg mixture.

3. Lay pepperoni slices on dough, then Provolone slices on top of pepperoni.

4. Tightly roll dough to form long tubes and fold down edge.

5. Place on greased cookie sheet in crescent shape.

6. Coat top with egg mixture.

7. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. You can cut the cooked loaves in half and freeze.
