2 ripe bananas 2 eggs 1 3/4 c. flour 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. chopped walnuts 1/2 c. oil 1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. sour milk (may substitute with sweet milk plus 1 tbsp. vinegar) 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mash bananas. Mix all ingredients. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes. Do not double recipe! |
