5 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. quick Quaker oats
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. Mazola oil
2 c. bread flour
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
4 c. warm water
2 pkgs. yeast dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
Sift flour into a large mixing bowl, add salt, sugar and oats. In a blender mix Mazola oil, eggs, yeast and water. Beat until well mixed. Add liquid mixture to flour and oats and mix well. Place on floured board and knead until the dough forms blisters. Place in well greased large bowl. Place in oven or a place free from drafts. Let rise until double in size. Make into rolls. Put in a well greased pan or muffin pan. Let rise again until double in size.
Bake in 350 degree oven 15 or 20 minutes or until brown. Remove from oven and place on cooling rack. Makes 3 or 4 dozen.
