WHOLE WHEAT PANCAKES
 

Mix together and store:

2 lb. whole wheat flour (6 c.)
2 c. corn meal
2 c. oatmeal
1/3 c. baking powder
4 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients and store in a large airtight container in the refrigerator. Mixture may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. Use what you need following instructions below.

Combine 2 cups of above mixture with 2 beaten eggs, 1/2 cup oil, 2 cups milk and 2 tablespoons honey. Stir together and cook on griddle as you would any pancake mix.
